Charlie Walker has been with Spec-Built, Inc., since 1993. Mr. Walker graduated from the University of North Texas in 1976 and has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Before joining Spec-Built he was with Transwestern Property Company and Vantage Companies for many years as Division Construction Manager performing interior finish construction as an in-house general contractor. During that time, he was responsible for many high profile projects.
